Intelligent has the best education advisors, they are partners with the best Universities in UK and I have been given the right choice for my Post Graduate degree which would fulfill my requirements. I would really like to thank them for the great encouragement, cooperation and continued assistance.

Supervision & Monitoring

English Language Programs in the Gulf and Middle East for Study in Colleges and Universities in UK and USA

In addition to the services provided by the local office, Intelligent is perfectly placed to support students during their stay in the United States of America, United Kingdom and Australia. These services as outlined below are on a fee basis.

All offices have staff trained to ensure that the student is received on arrival and assisted in settling in a foreign country. Regular contact with the student and the international student office is maintained to ensure that the academic and social progress is continually monitored and reported back to the sponsor.

The intention of the monitoring of students is to provide the client with a regular progress report along with remedial measures, if required.

We have been successful in reducing attrition rates of students not completing their programs thus saving hundred of thousands of dollars for scholarship providers.

The range of services provided to the student whilst he/she is overseas would include, but not be limited to:

  • Meeting on arrival
  • Briefing on various social and cultural issues
  • Assisting with initial accommodation
  • Assisting in the opening of bank accounts
  • Arranging to pay fees to the University (on being paid by sponsor)
  • Paying health insurance fees on behalf of the client
  • Hiring and payment of private tutorials (on behalf of client)
  • Regular liaison with the University to develop and implement various mechanisms for monitoring the progress of students
  • Reporting academic progress to the sponsor and suggesting remedial measures if required
  • Reviewing the academic plan for every student each semester to recommend adjustments and revisions, if warranted
  • Periodic meetings with the students to resolve any contentious issues
  • Providing a hotline number to the student for use in emergencies
  • Assisting in resolving any other issues that may arise with the University or student
