Franklin University

Franklin University is a student-centered, independent institution of lifelong higher education, working in partnership with central Ohio's business and professional community in a global context. The University provides undergraduate and graduate students, who often work full or part time, both the breadth of knowledge and the career-focused applications required of a balanced education.

Founded in 1902, Franklin University is the third-largest private university in Ohio. Classes are taught at five Midwest locations in Ohio and Indiana, as well as online. The university was founded to serve the needs of adult students, and has since grown to become Central Ohio's foremost educator of working adults.

The main campus of Franklin University is located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The university also operates locations in the cities of Dublin, Delaware, Westerville, and in Indianapolis, Indiana at Castleton.
