Tiffin University
Tiffin University is proud to offer a personal and practical education for motivated, professionally focused students who want real-world experiences and results.
Tiffin is a private, coeducational university located in Tiffin, Ohio, on a small but growing campus that offers students a safe, friendly place to pursue their dreams.
Our vibrant 110-acre campus in north central Ohio features both historic red brick and sandstone buildings that date back to the 1880s as well as newer facilities such as the dynamic Hertzer Technology Center and The Hayes Center for the Arts. Tiffin University also is known for creating innovative partnerships in nearly everything we do: from helping our students gain access to competitive internships to connecting them to professionals in the real world as they enter the job market.
Campus Life
At Tiffin, a small campus means big opportunities to get involved and explore new activities. Write for TU Review (Tiffin University's newspaper), join Student Government, participate in Greek Life, get involved in Intramural Sports or join one of our 35 Student Organizations.
Alumni
We want to help you stay connected to Tiffin University and to your fellow graduates. Whether you live near Tiffin or you have moved across the United States or around the globe, you can stay involved through our alumni e-newsletter, by reading our alumni magazine, by supporting the Annual Fund to help future Tiffin students, and more.
As a Tiffin University alumnus, you are automatically a member of the TU Alumni Association. There are no dues to pay. As a member of the TU family, you join the ranks of more than 7,000 living alumni located in the United States and throughout the world.
Academics
Three Schools. Many Advantages.
Essentially, Tiffin's academics are divided into three schools.
Our School of Arts and Sciences offers majors in Arts Administration, English, and Education, among other fields of study. You can pursue undergraduate and graduate programs through this School.
Our School of Business has a long history of excellence and is one of only about 30 percent in the nation to earn specialized business accreditation from the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs. We offer undergraduate, degree completion, and graduate degrees through this School.
Our nationally renowned School of Criminal Justice and Social Sciences is one of the fastest growing and most highly touted of its kind in the nation. Again, we offer undergraduate, degree completion, and graduate degrees through this School.
From nationally recognized programs in homeland security/terrorism or forensic psychology to communication and sports and recreation management, Tiffin delivers more than 25 majors that result in real advantages for our students.
Degrees at Tiffin
Tiffin grants the following degrees: Associate of Arts, Associate of Business Administration, Associate of Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Criminal Justice, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Science in Criminal Justice.
And these degrees are supported by the power of accreditation. Tiffin University is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs, The European Council for Business Education, and our education partnership is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. Only one-third of all business programs in the United States offer this prestigious level of accreditation.
